The Tourist Office of La Baule has been committed to the quality control of its activities since 2006 and in 2013 obtained the national quality control certificate of ‘Qualité Tourisme’

Since 2011 one of the main objectives of our team at the tourist office has been to foster a tourism management strategy which is both sustainable and responsible. We are aware of the impact that tourism has upon our environment and therefore wish to encourage best practice not only everyday in our work but also in our interaction with our visitors. With this in mind we are endeavouring to develop our practices whilst respecting sustainable development not only on environemental issues but equally on the socio-economical front. This aspect of our work is carried out in partnership with the ‘Service Développement Touristique de la Destination La Baule-Presqu’île de Guérande’.
